Funny Suffolk [County] State Of Mind - War on Long Island

This video is in response to some Nassau kids making a rap/video called "Nassau [County] State of Mind." It's obviously a remix of Jay Z's "New York State of Mind". In the Nassau video they dis Suffolk County, NYC, Westchester County, and NJ. Apparently, there was a challenge made on the radio for Suffolk to come back at Nassau with their own video.

My brother and his friends took up that challenge and busted their asses to film a video. Unfortunately, there is another one out there for Suffolk (I won't link it because I don't want it getting any views) that was put up earlier today, but I promise this one is way better.

Help me help my brother out by making this one more popular than the other one and showing those Nassau fucks who the best county on Long Island is.

Regardless of the beef, these videos are actually pretty good at getting a cultural, historical, and geographical sense of Long Island, so I enjoy them all.

TV Sonic Sat AM Writer Ben Hurst died

Well guys, if you liked animated shows of the 90's, chances are Ben Hurst was in line to help storyboard it. His resume on IMDB includes Tiny Toons, The Real Ghostbusters and most importantly Sonic Satam. He wrote like 10 episodes of that show and was head of story.

Well turns out two weeks ago he died and we just only got the news, he went into a diabetic coma and died in his sleep. Sad part is in the article that his co writer Pat Alelle says he was going to the doctor for it like the day after he died.

Here's an interview on the Sonic Satam DVD which made me only respect the guy as a person.

Personally I think this guy helped make the Sonic franchise reach its prime, because they put some original thought into the plot of the show. Ben Hurst even gives us an insight of working on these shows, and it sounded really cool.

The director said the film concerns "a serial killer loose in 1850's Baltimore and he's using Poe's stories as his methodology, so then he leaves clues at each murder and says it's up to Poe to find him before he kills (again)."
